Optomeyes General Trading Terms

  1. Trading Terms 20th of month following date of Invoice.

  2. Manufacturer’s Warranty All Bausch + Lomb products are warranted against manufacturing defects. Lenses considered defective should be returned to Radiant Health Limited in the original packaging, for inspection and replacement (see Product Returns). A copy of the original Invoice must be returned with the goods considered defective.

  3. Product Returns. a) Contact Lens Care Products - All contact lens solutions are sale and no return. Radiant Health Limited will endeavour to provide best possible shelf life for contact lens care products. If stock is supplied with less than 12 months shelf life or is delivered in a damaged state, the customer has 5 working days to give notice to Radiant Health Limited that they do not want to accept this stock. All goods returned must be accompanied by a Goods Return Authority (GRA) which is obtained by phoning Radiant Health Limited Customer Service on 0800 658 386. No goods will be accepted unless the GRA is shown on the return package. Any product returned to Radiant Health Limited remains the liability of the customer. b) Contact Lenses - All goods returned must be accompanied by a Goods Return Authority (GRA) which is obtained by phoning Radiant Health Limited Customer Service on 0800 658 386. No goods will be accepted unless the GRA is shown on the return package. Any product returned to Radiant Health Limited remains the liability of the customer. All claims regarding product deliveries and/or damage must be reported within 5 working days to customer services on ph. 0800 658 386. Unsuccessful patient orders can be returned for credit within 2 months of invoice date. These packs must be unopened and unmarked. A copy of the original invoice and a GRA must be returned with the lens pack.

  4. Transfer Of Products a) The Purchaser shall not sell product from any premises other than the premises shown as the delivery address(es) on the Bausch + Lomb invoice. b) The Purchaser shall not sell product to persons other than persons who are not acquiring the product for the purpose of re-supply.

  5. Minimum Orders/Delivery Charges Contact Lens Solutions orders of less than $100 will attract an additional charge of $7.00 incl GST for freight.

  6. Late Payment Charge Bausch + Lomb reserves the right to charge interest at the current lending rate of interest plus 2% for late payments on products supplied to the Purchaser.

  7. Prices. All prices are considered correct at the time of printing, but Radiant Health Limited reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Please refer to Radiant Health Limited terms and conditions of sale for detailed trading policies.

Optomeyes Privacy Policy

The Optomeyes website is for optometrist use only.

Optomeyes service, security and patient anonymity are core features of the Optomeyes database:

  • The database holds both optometrist and patient information in a secure and anonymous manner using unique identification numbers.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We want to build a high level of trust with our audience and comply completely with the principles of the Privacy Act (1993). This document discloses how we gather information about you (and your patients that you enrol onto the Optomeyes App) and what we do with the information that we gather.

Will we send you unsolicited messages?

No. We will only contact you when you have chosen to be notified by this service.

Will we share your personal information with others?
No. We will not sell, lease, or give your personal details to any third party without your consent.

What will we do with the personal information you provide?
We ask for a minimum of personal information. Optometrists and/or patients can choose to be permanently removed from our database at any time (see below).

How will we protect the personal information you provide?

  • protected against loss, damage, misuse and unauthorised access by ensuring that all information you give on the Optomeyes website is stored on a secure server.; and is
  • accurate, up to date, complete, relevant and not misleading.

How can you check your details or be removed from our database? You may check any personal information we hold, correct any mistakes, or ask to be permanently removed from our database at any time by emailing our Privacy Officer at: sparkle@radiant-health.co.nz

How do we collect information from you?
The Optomeyes website does not gather personal information about you without your knowledge. We use your computer’s IP address - an identifier allocated automatically by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) - to help administer our web site. This allows us to gather broad demographic information only, such as what country you are from or what ISP you use. Your computer’s IP address does not provide any personal details.

What if our privacy policy changes?
Optomeyes may update this privacy statement from time to time. All those included on the database will be notified by email when and if this occurs, and be reminded of the opportunity to be permanently removed from our database.
